"Hmm, since it appears that a cherry isn't favorable, what would you suggest? [personally I wouldn't mind a cheesecake ;) ]" ~ Comment left by Ashton

So we will be attending church with one of our sister churches in another state this coming Lord's day...and no, Garrison, I didn't leave a dessert...so sorry...if you come along with us, you can have Creme Brule... ;-) So, since I will be missing this next week, I thought that I'd leave an open poll as to which kind of cheesecake y'all would like to see on the table the following week. Now remember, this is just a poll, so don't get insulted if your selection doesn't show up next week. I suppose that we will put all of the choices into a hat and draw out the next flavor...pictures on the blog and all... ;-) If the suggestions are good ones, maybe we will carry it on for a few weeks. lol

If you put something like "Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake" I won't make the rest of the church suffer for your sake, but I will remember to make it for you on your birthday...so beware...I have a good memory! ;-)

If you have suggestions...bring them on!

  2. I know it would be a repeat, but I very, very much enjoyed the pumpkin cheesecake. Mmmm, pumpkin cheesecake. Now I'm hungry. I could go Heath bar too, though...

  3. Can people vote from 1500 miles away? If so, I vote plain cheese cake with cherry pie filling on the top.

  4. I have been a lurker on your blog for a while now. My name is mimigrace :-) and i am a homeschool senior. I live in the Midwest.
I decided to make myself known because i just learned the hard way that when people don't know you are reading their blog, if they change the status to invited readers only, you will not be invited.

If the Serven clan read this, i'm talking about their blog! I have been lurking there too. Is there any way i can become an invited reader??

So anyway Tyffany, i enjoy reading your blog, and keep up the good work!

  5. Can I give my two cents? I would say lemon, or peppermint, or peanut butter (minus the jelly)

Hi, this might send shock waves but, I really don't care for cheesecake. But, I do like peach cobbler. -Goose-

p.s. Ashton, I was going thru are fridge and I found a can of maraschino cherries. So if you ever get your cherry privilege revoked again you can come on down to California.

  13. Nathan,

*mouth drops open* You don't like cheesecake!?!?!? Actually, I've had several friends say they don't care for it, and then they tried some that we brought to church...and they liked it. :) You will try some when y'all come visit, though, right? ;-)

I would like to see that chocolate one you made last month, I think. It was the best!
